  • The reservation must be followed by 30% of total rate payment, entirely through postal cheque;the complete payment have to be carried out at the arrival;all payments must be in Euro;
  • The cancellation, communicated by written letter 30 days before the accommodation, will be refunded (less € 15,00 for booking costs); until 15 days before involve the loss of the 50%;beyond 14° included, the penalty is 100%.
  • The rooms must be free not over 10.30 a.m. of departure day ;
